The life, power and glory of the Church is prayer. The life of its members is dependent on prayer and the presence of God is secured and retained by prayer. Prayer should enter into and underlie everything that is undertaken by the church. “The effectual, fervent prayer” has been the mightiest weapon of God’s mightiest soldiers.

Prayer is essentially talking to God. Is it really possible to communicate with the Creator of all that exists and be able to understand His plans and purposes for your life? Yes!

Are there questions you really need answers for? Or maybe you are facing a trial that is too difficult to face on your own and you need divine direction.

You don’t have to know fancy words or theology. You can talk to God just like you would talk to anyone. Prayer is the way for believers to come to the Father, and talk with Him on an intimate level, expressing our need for His direction, thanking Him for all our blessings, and interceding on behalf of others. This isn't easily done these days, with so many distractions around us, so a good idea might be to get alone somewhere and spend time with the Lord in prayer.
